Job summary

Priority Recruitment is assisting with a Female Support Worker role in Wythenshawe. The client is a non-verbal young person with cerebral palsy, requiring full personal care and complex support.

The role is 36 hours per week, 3 waking nights 8pm–8am, with night-flexibility. Pay is £14.50–£15.60 per hour (PAYE); the contract is Temp–Perm and driving with UK licence is required. Training, development, and a refer-a-friend bonus up to £500 are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have UK driving license
• Experience with complex care and manual handling preferred
• Flexibility for night shifts and long hours

Responsibilities

• Provide full personal care and support for client with cerebral palsy
• Assist with transfers and daily routines
• Monitor health and safety during night shifts

Job Title: Female Support Worker

Our client is 17 years old living with cerebral palsy and other complex conditions and is non verbal for her communication

Our client is PEG fed, oxygen dependant and hoisted for transfers and requires full personal care and continence support

Our client enjoys sensory input and quiet activities in the home

Successful Applicant:

• This role requires someone confident in complex care with children and use of complex equipment
• Must be physically fit for manual handling tasks and long shifts
