Devon County Council is recruiting a Part-time Family Hub Support Worker (18.5 hours) for the South and West Locality. Join a team delivering early intervention services to babies, children, young people and families, focusing on Best Start in Life from pregnancy to age 5 and extending to 0-19 (25 for SEND).

You will work across homes, communities, Family Hubs and our digital offers, building confidence, networks and resilience while collaborating with health, education and voluntary sectors.
