Job description

VANRATH is pleased to assist a Major Client in recruiting a Facilitates and Cleaning Team Lead at their Derry site for a Permanent contract of 25 hours per week.

Hours - 25 Hours Per Week / Permanent Role

Salary - Fully Negotiable Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cleaning operations, ensuring team adherence to company policies and procedures, and direct work efforts accordingly.
• Plan and complete audits, maintaining accurate records.
• Establish and maintain cleaning schedules.
• Plan and manage shift rotas to cover holidays and absences.
• Coach and mentor team members, coordinate development programs, handle disciplinary and grievance procedures, manage absences, conduct investigations, and perform performance appraisals.
• Provide reception cover during breaks and holidays.
• Conduct weekly stock checks for cleaning supplies and office consumables.
• Ensure training is up-to-date for the cleaning team to meet company targets and goals.
