Job summary

University of Oxford is seeking a part-time Facilities Support Assistant to join the Facilities Management team. You will help ensure buildings are safe, clean, and welcoming for staff, students and visitors, supporting delivery of essential services and everyday operations.

You will undertake general building tasks, assist with minor repairs, safety checks, and room setups for meetings and lectures, liaise with staff and security to provide outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Front line customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems.
• Basic IT proficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of essential services in university facilities.
