Job summary

Compass Group UK is recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to support smooth operations in Defence on a full-time basis (39 hours per week) in Fareham. You will help maintain high standards of facility management with the wider team and contribute to a culture that invests in people and recognises commitment.

Your duties include minor repairs, exterior maintenance, contractor sign-in/out, and opening/closing the building as needed.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Responsible for exterior site cleaning and general external maintenance.
• Assist with control of contractor processes, including sign-in/sign-out and adherence to site rules.
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the building when required.
