Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a Part Time Support Worker to join the team at Childwick House, Newmarket. The role focuses on supporting older adults with physical frailty, aiding mobility, meals, and social activities while promoting independence and dignity.

You will work mornings and late shifts, alternate weekends, totaling 25 hours per week with additional cover for sickness and annual leave. Full training is provided and a supportive career structure is in place.

Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care or care environments preferred.
• Ability to assist with mobility and personal care while promoting dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities including washing, dressing and hygiene.
• Support mobility and safe movement to dining areas and communal spaces.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities with individuals or groups.
• Help maintain independence and comfort for residents at all times.
