Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a person-centered team, supporting a client in the Upton area and at Clarence Park Village. The role focuses on building meaningful one-to-one relationships and providing respectful care that promotes independence and quality of life.
Full training is provided. Shift pattern is 7am-5pm with alternating weekends, and you will work closely with family to ensure consistency of care and wellbeing for the client.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful one-to-one support relationships and providing consistent, respectful care that promotes independence and quality of life.
You will be supporting a client who requires hoisting, PEG feed, and some other nursing tasks. All training will be provided.
