Radis Community Care is seeking a Part Time Support Worker to join our Extra Care scheme at Heathcote House. You will assist older adults with physical frailty, helping them stay independent while on-site carers provide support.

The role involves helping with personal care, mobility, and social activities, with a mix of mornings and lates, including some weekend shifts. Comprehensive training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to support elderly individuals in personal care.
• Ability to assist moving safely and promote independence.
• Commitment to dignity, respect, and high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Help residents move safely to meals and social spaces.
• Provide personal care including washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Enable participation in recreational and social activities to promote wellbeing.
