Job summary

LVS Hassocks is seeking an Exam Manager to lead the planning, organisation and delivery of mock and public examinations. You will liaise with students, staff, examination boards and invigilators to ensure smooth operation and compliance.

The role requires exceptional accuracy and calm, especially during peak examination periods, with 20 hours per week across 40 weeks per year and flexible hours considered.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification, or significant related experience.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to meet fixed deadlines and priorities.
• Clear communication and the ability to give calm, confident instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver mock and public examinations across the school.
• Manage entries, amendments, timetables, seating plans and access requirements.
• Recruit, train and coordinate invigilators.
• Ensure secure handling of papers, scripts, and materials.
• Coordinate results activity and certificates.
