Job summary

Kimpton Fitzroy London is seeking Part Time Events Operations Team Members to join our Conference and Events team. You’ll be delivering a five‑star guest experience across hotel venues with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

This multi‑functional role covers setting up rooms, breaking down events, floor service, bartending, barista, hosting and banqueting. We offer £14.42 per hour, a competitive benefits package and opportunities to grow with IHG.

Qualifications

• Experience in conference porter, waiter, bartender, barista, or host is beneficial but not essential.
• Confident in delivering excellent service with a can-do attitude.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team.
• Ability to undertake physical tasks including lifting and moving furniture.

Responsibilities

• Set up rooms and break down events across hotel venues.
• Provide floor service, bartending, barista, hosting and banqueting support.
