Job summary

Goldcrest Cleaning Ltd is hiring a part-time evening Cleaner for a Junior School in Studley. The pattern is Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–5:30pm, two hours per shift, term-time only (39 weeks) and paid in 12 equal monthly installments.

Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning corridors and toilets. Training is provided; previous cleaning experience is preferred. An Enhanced DBS is required (paid by the company) with two references.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different site requirements.
• Prior experience with cleaning equipment is preferred.

Job description

Part time evening cleaners required for a recently won contract at a Junior School in Studley.

Your normal working pattern on the contract that you are allocated to will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 2 hours per shift. 3.30pm - 5.30pm

Term Time cleaning only (39 weeks)

Your wages will be divided into 12 equal payments, ensuring that you will be paid the same every month.

Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning corridors and toilets. Previous experience is preferred but full training will be given.

An Enhanced DBS is required for this role, you will require the appropriate ID to complete one. (this is paid for by the company).

2 references will be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
