Job summary

Goldcrest Cleaning Ltd seeks a dedicated Cleaner for the Studley area to perform general cleaning across client sites, including schools and offices. The role operates on weekdays during the evening, with shifts from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, totalling 2 hours per day for 5 days a week during term time (39 weeks). Wages are paid in 12 equal monthly installments.

Training is provided and enhanced DBS is required. Prior cleaning experience and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different site requirements.
• Prior experience with cleaning equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Adopt company policies and procedures.
