Goldcrest Cleaning Limited is seeking a motivated Part Time (Evening) Infant School Cleaner in Leamington Spa. You will contribute to a safe, hygienic learning environment by cleaning classrooms, corridors, and toilets during the evening shifts.

The role requires prior cleaning experience, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high cleanliness standards. DBS check and references are required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas within the school premises during evening hours.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors to ensure a spotless environment.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces such as desks, tables, door handles, and light switches.
• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for staff and students.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Job Description

Part time evening cleaners required for a school in Leamington Spa.

Your normal working pattern on the contract that you are allocated to will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

2 hours per shift. 4pm – 6pm

Term Time cleaning only (39 weeks)

Some deep cleaning will be required in some of the school holidays.

Your wages will be divided into 12 equal payments, ensuring that you will be paid the same every month.

Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning corridors and toilets. Previous experience is preferred but full training will be given.

Pay

£12.71 per hour

Previous Experience Is Preferred

An Enhanced DBS is required for this role, you will require the appropriate ID to complete one. (this is paid for by the company).

2 references will be required.
