Job summary

Goldcrest Cleaning Ltd is hiring a part-time evening Cleaner for a Junior School in Studley. The pattern is Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–5:30pm, two hours per shift, term-time only (39 weeks) and paid in 12 equal monthly installments.

Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning corridors and toilets. Training is provided; previous cleaning experience is preferred. An Enhanced DBS is required (paid by the company) with two references.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different site requirements.
• Prior experience with cleaning equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks at various client sites, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
• Use commercial cleaning equipment and products effectively.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Manage time efficiently to cover assigned sites within scheduled hours.
