Shaftesbury's Conwy day opportunities service is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to assist people with disabilities in Conwy and Denbighshire. The role focuses on following person-centred support plans, supporting individuals’ choices and maintaining accurate records.

The position is part-time (7.5 hours per week) with sleep-in coverage and a monthly schedule that includes respite duties. A DBS or Access NI check is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS or Access NI check
• Right to work without visa sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and their person-centred support plan
• Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements
• Administer personal care and medication where required
• Cover sleep-in sessions, paid an extra £60 per sleep-in
