Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a part-time Enabling Support Worker to join the Shaftesbury Springbank team in Conwy and Denbighshire. You will provide in-home support guided by each person’s plan, maintain records, and assist with personal care. Sleep-ins are included with additional pay as required.

The role requires an Enhanced DBS or Access NI check, and visa sponsorship is not available. Benefits include a welcome bonus after 12 months, generous leave, pension, and wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and their person-centred support plan
• Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements
• Administer personal care and medication when required
• Cover sleep-in sessions
