Shaftesbury Next Steps in Bromley is hiring a Part Time Enabling Support Worker. The role is 20 hours per week, permanent and part-time, at £12.80 per hour. You will support young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, following person-centred plans and maintaining records.

Sleep-in shifts are part of the role with an additional £60 per sleep-in. Applications welcome from caring, community-minded individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring and community-minded workforce.
• Willingness to cover sleep-in sessions, with additional pay of £60 per sleep-in.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement according to the person supported and their support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication.
• Cover sleep-in sessions when required.
