Job summary

Radis Community Care are looking for a Part Time Support Worker to join the team at The Old Maltings, Swaffham. This will be a mixture of morning and late shifts, alternate weekends, 20 Hours +sickness and annual leave cover.

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be predominately supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing.
• Help residents with mobility to dining areas, communal spaces and bedrooms as requested.
• Promote independence, dignity and respect in daily care.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support residents to participate in recreational and social activities.
