Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Extra Care Scheme in Skelmersdale. Part-time hours are available (16–20 per week), with shift patterns Monday to Friday and every other weekend. You will support elderly residents, assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while upholding privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing.
• Help residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas, communal areas and to their bedrooms and bathrooms on request.
• Support privacy and dignity at all times and promote independence and choice.
• Encourage participation in recreational and social activities with residents.
