Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking full-time and part-time Support Workers to join the Radis Team at The Cannons Extra Care Scheme in Essex. The role requires a 7:00 AM start and will involve shifts including mornings, late shifts, and weekend cover.

Training is provided and sponsorship cannot be offered at this time. You will support elderly residents with physical frailty, assist with mobility and personal care, and encourage independence, dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting elderly individuals with physical frailty.
• Ability to assist with mobility and personal care.
• Commitment to promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility to dining and communal areas.
• Provide personal care including washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Support participation in recreational and social activities.
