Job summary

Bright Horizons Countess of Chester is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for lunch cover, 15-20 hours a week, at Countess of Cheshire Health Park in Cheshire. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting their development and safety.

You'll hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and a sound understanding of EYFS. The role offers staff-friendly benefits and opportunities to grow within our caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development towards milestones.
