Bright Horizons Countess of Chester Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework. You will create a safe, nurturing space where children can explore and develop at their own pace.

The role supports a caring team, with focus on safeguarding, partnerships with parents, and delivering high-quality early years education in a setting that values heart and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development.
• Create a safe environment enabling children to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.
