North Lanarkshire Council is recruiting an ELC Key Worker (Part Time) for Innerleithan FLC, Wishaw. The role runs 14 hours across Thursday and Friday with a pro rata salary of £31,541–£34,307 per year.

You will support and nurture children in a high-quality, child-centred setting, contribute to planning learning programmes, and be an enthusiastic member of the Early Years team. PVG scheme membership and SSSC registration are required.

Qualifications

• Must have HNC in Early Education & Childcare/Childhood Practice, SVQ 3 Early Years Care & Education or NNEB (or equivalent).
• Registration as a Practitioner with SSSC is required.
• Must be a PVG scheme member or willing to join with satisfactory records.

Responsabilités

• Support and nurture children by creating stimulating learning opportunities.
• Actively contribute to planning and coordinating programmes of learning within Early Years.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, carers, Early Years colleagues and other professionals.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and team collaboration.
