Job summary

Audika is seeking an Ear Care Practitioner to join our Watford, St Albans & Enfield Hearing Centres, working 3 days per week (Mon, Tue, Wed). You will perform ear wax removal and support patients on their hearing journey with compassionate care.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate, and you will contribute to delivering outstanding patient experience while maintaining accurate records and following company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, hearing care, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and comfortable with digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform ear wax removal procedures.
• Conduct hearing screenings and refer for further assessment as needed.
• Provide outstanding patient care and support.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend ear care solutions.
• Promote ear health and patient wellbeing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Audika's standards.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
