Job summary

Audika GB is seeking an Ear Wax Removal Practitioner to join our Watford, St Albans & Enfield Hearing Centres. You will work three days a week across the clinics, performing wax removal and supporting patients with hearing health.

Training will be provided for the right candidate, with emphasis on delivering excellent patient care and ensuring compliance with all procedures and records. Salary is £17,304 per annum, reflecting part-time scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Performing professional wax removal procedures
• Conducting hearing screenings and referring patients for further assessment where appropriate
• Providing outstanding patient care, service, and support
• Assessing clients' needs and recommending the most appropriate ear care solutions
• Promoting ongoing ear health and patient wellbeing
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Hidden Hearing's high standards
