Job summary

Audika Group in Harrow (Hatch End & Temple Fortune Hearing Centres) is seeking an Ear Care Practitioner to join our team, working three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).

You’ll perform professional wax removal, conduct hearing screenings, provide outstanding patient care, assess needs and recommend ear care solutions, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with our high standards. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience provided high-quality patient care and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing professional wax removal procedures.
• Conducting hearing screenings and referring patients for further assessment where appropriate.
• Providing outstanding patient care, service, and support.
• Assessing clients' needs and recommending the most appropriate ear care solutions.
• Promoting ongoing ear health and patient wellbeing.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Audika's high standards.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records.
• Adhering to all professional, legal, and company policies and procedures.
