Qualifikationen

• Essential: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
• Mandatory training relevant to care, safeguarding and CQC compliance.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and fundamental standards.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and management for staff within the community support bed and assessment service.
• Coordinate staffing rotas to ensure safe staffing levels and service continuity.
• Support clinical governance and risk management processes.
• Deputise for the Registered Manager as required and promote continuous improvement.
