High Bank School invites applications for a part-time SENDCo to support pupils with SEND and deliver targeted interventions. This role includes non-class based teaching responsibilities and requires QTS. Whether you are an experienced SENDCo or aspiring middle leader, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience working with children who have SEND.
• Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and statutory responsibilities.
• Commitment to inclusivity and helping all children thrive.
• NASENCO / NPQ for SENCO or commitment to completing the course.

Responsabilités

• Supporting Pupils: intervene and provide small group teaching.
• Providing Support: guide teachers and staff in SEND in the classroom.
• Monitoring Progress: track progress and adjust plans.
• Working with Families: build relationships and provide advice.
• Team Collaboration: work with SLT and external professionals.
