In this role you’ll manage bookings, handle queries, support payments, and assist the team across NHS and private services, contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Strong communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Confident using IT systems to manage bookings and records.
• A proactive, flexible approach to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and support them throughout their visit.
• Diary and appointment management to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Explain processes and treatment options; assist with payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with handovers to clinicians.
