Tovey Little Dental Clinic in Wakefield WF1 3AZ is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.

This role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, coordinating patients through treatment journeys, discussing treatment plans and finance options, and supporting the growth of the practice. Initially three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) with potential for additional hours in the future.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Dental Receptionist and/or Treatment Coordinator.
• Confident discussing treatment plans, finance options and membership plans.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Organised, proactive and confident working in a busy dental practice.
• Experience with dental software is desirable.
• A friendly, professional approach and a genuine passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments.
• Coordinating patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Discussing treatment plans, finance and membership options.
• Managing patient enquiries and supporting practice growth.
• Supporting clinicians and ensuring an excellent patient experience.
• Assisting with practice marketing and social media where required.
