Job summary

White Hills Park Trust is seeking a part-time Data Officer to join a small team responsible for the Trust's data requirements, including collecting, processing, presenting and analysing education data across nine schools, with Bromcom as the MIS backbone.

Based at the central office with some travel to schools and the option to work from home, the role is 20 hours per week and can be structured flexibly to fit both the Trust and the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using a MIS system would be beneficial.
• Ability to independently find solutions to problems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, present and analyse education data across the Trust.
• Support parent reporting and assessment data management using Bromcom.
• Develop data collection systems in Bromcom and set up reports with schools.
• Manipulate and import data from other software as required.
