The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the school’s data management and reporting systems and will:
Maintain and manage student data using the school’s Management Information System (MIS).
Produce accurate reports and analysis relating to attendance, assessment, behaviour, and student progress.
Support staff and senior leaders with data collection, tracking, and performance analysis.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GDPR regulations.
Assist with census returns, examinations data, and statutory reporting requirements.
Work closely with teaching and administrative staff to support school improvement priorities.
Provide administrative and technical support relating to school data systems and processes.
There may also be opportunities to contribute to wider operational and administrative projects across the school.

Has experience working with school data systems or administrative databases.
Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Is confident using Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
Can analyse and present data clearly and accurately.

Previous experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
