Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Bristol to support store operations, tills and post office counter duties within a busy, community-focused shop. You’ll be part of a friendly team delivering service, stocking shelves, handling transactions, and promoting Co‑op membership.

Roles involve a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts, including some weekend work. Applicants must be 18+, with available flexible hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Assist with post office counter transactions where required.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
