Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members to join our store in your community. You’ll be part of a friendly team, delivering helpful service on the shop floor, tills, post office or online order support, and you’ll help keep shelves stocked and prices up to date.

You’ll work 16 hours per week with regular overtime under a permanent, part-time contract; full training and opportunities to progress are provided, and you’ll be part of a trusted local retailer that puts people and communities first.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Interest in retail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Support online orders and post office operations where applicable.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and ensure stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and assist customers with queries.
