Job summary

Co-op Bransgore is seeking a Customer Team Member to provide friendly, helpful service to customers on the shop floor, tills, and adjacent areas. Full training is provided to prepare you for daily duties in a fast-moving store.

You will work as part of a friendly team in a busy Co-op store, with a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends. The role includes helping with post office or bakery tasks, online order packing, and promoting Co-op memberships.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service is essential.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environment (experience not required).

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, and contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community
