Job summary

Co-op Group in the United Kingdom is hiring Customer Team Members to join our store teams. You’ll work on the shop floor and tills, help keep shelves stocked, and support post office or bakery operations, with mid-afternoon to late-evening shifts and at least one weekend shift.

Full paid training provided; part-time contract of 12 hours per week with regular overtime. You’ll help members, promote Co-op Membership, and be a friendly face serving the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is not essential.
• Customer team member should be able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Help keep shelves stocked and ensure prices and dates are accurate.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to a great shopping experience.
• Promote Co-op Membership and assist with community initiatives.
