Job summary

Co-op Digital in Great Missenden is seeking a Customer Team Member to support daily store operations, serve customers with a friendly attitude, and help keep shelves stocked. The role includes working early mornings, weekends, and in-store bakery duties as required.

You will join a welcoming team, receive full training, and be encouraged to promote Co-op membership while contributing to a positive community experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers and help resolve issues.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Operate on the shop floor, tills, bakery duties, and support daily operations.
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Ensure the store is safe and compliant with prices and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
