Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members in Papworth Everard to join a friendly store team. The role involves early morning shifts in our in-store bakery, helping with post office or online order duties as needed, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.

The position is part-time (18 hours per week) with regular overtime, permanent status, and full paid training. Applicants must be 18 or over due to early/late hours.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Hands-on work on the shop floor, tills, bakery, and daily operations.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with pricing and dates.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
