Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Member in Warrington to join a friendly team delivering essential store services. The role involves helping customers, stocking shelves, and operating tills, with potential duties in the bakery, post office, or online order pickup.

Training is provided and the role supports community engagement. The position is part-time, 18 hours per week with regular overtime, including occasional early starts and at weekends.

• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and at tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Assist in bakery or post office sections as needed.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to a great shopping experience.
• Promote Co‑op Membership and engage with local customers.
