Job summary

SIXT in Liverpool Lime Street Station is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly sales and service.

Working 20 hours a week, you will handle rental inquiries, confirm damages, assist with vehicle prep, and enjoy top-tier pay, 22 days’ annual leave pro rata, and paid training. You’ll join a premium SIXT brand and contribute to a great customer experience across vehicles and services.

Qualifications

• Sales mindset and ability to drive sales while delivering excellent service.
• Direct customer contact experience in service, tourism or sales preferred.
• Clear and articulate communication in English.
• Flexible, team-oriented with energy for shift work including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's licence with at least 12 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• Impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience.
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organised, service-oriented and always with a smile.
• Confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager.
• Assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand.
• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers.
