Job summary

SIXT is seeking a customer service and sales enthusiast to join our UK branch on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, present tailored offers, and manage rental agreements with a service-oriented approach.

Flexibility for weekends/holidays and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for development and an uncapped bonus system based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays and adapt to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in the branch.
• Propose tailored offers and uphold high service standards.
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, maintain organization.
