Co-op Group in Market Lavington is hiring Customer Team Members to deliver friendly, helpful service in a busy local store. You may work in the post office, bakery, or on online order picking and packing for home delivery, with paid training provided.

You will help keep shelves stocked, engage with customers, and support daily operations with a positive, community-focused approach. Flexible shifts including weekends are offered, with potential overtime.

Formación

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and assist with problem resolution.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist on shop floor and tills and support daily operations for a great shopping experience.
• Help maintain shelves, check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and legality, monitor temperatures and shelf conditions.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
