Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors in East Kilbride. Part-time 3 days/week and a temporary role for around 10 months, with £29,000–£31,000 pro rata salary.

You’ll support customers and the external sales team, update on orders, pricing and availability, and build relationships across departments to ensure a high standard of service. Essential skills include customer service experience, MS Office proficiency, excellent communication, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with ownership of part of a customer base.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customer and various departments.
• Work with sales teams and other departments.
• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Process orders and receive payment from customers.
• Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints.
• Handle sample requests from customers and field sales teams.
• Raise non-conformances and returns, credits/replacements.
• Communicate delays or price increases to customers.
• Raise picking lists and invoice customers.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction.
