Müller UK & Ireland in East Kilbride is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our dairy team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, capture orders in AS400/SAP, and work with colleagues to ensure accurate data and timely responses.

• Follow structured processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain SOPs and customer data files and other support documentation.
