Job summary

B&Q Nottingham is looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, 19 hours per week. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am to 10.00pm, with a notional hourly rate of £13.10. You will help customers, manage stock, and keep displays tidy while learning paint-mixing and timber-cutting.

Qualifications

• You’re friendly and outgoing and enjoy helping others.
• You’re able to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• You’re comfortable using new technology and learning new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and advice to customers.
• Assist with stock management, setting up displays and keeping the store looking attractive.
• Learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting to support customer needs while prioritising service.
