Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor for EUROSPAR/Foodmarket Ballycastle. Earn £11.75–£13.10 per hour with a 22.5 hour weekly schedule across early to late shifts (6:00am–11:00pm) and a flexible approach. You’ll join a team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service in a community-focused store.

No previous retail experience is required as full training is provided; a positive attitude and energy are valued to ensure customers have a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise on products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and ensure correct pricing with shelf labels.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
• May cover the Post Office when required.
• Other duties as required for the role.
