Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor for EUROSPAR MAXOL in Coleraine. The role supports daily store operations, delivers exceptional customer service, and handles checkout transactions within store hours. Part-time position requires flexibility across early to late shifts.

You’ll join a leading NI foodservice group with strong community ties, offering training and opportunities to contribute to a well-established retail network.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong personality with energy and a positive attitude to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with needs and advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation.
• Ensure stock is merchandised and priced correctly with shelf labels.
• Provide high levels of customer service at all times; may cover the Post Office when required.
