Job summary

Argos, part of the Sainsbury’s group, is seeking a Customer Advisor at our Ely store to deliver exceptional service on tills, at the collection point, and across the shop floor. You’ll engage customers, handle payments, explain financial services, and assist with refunds while staying knowledgeable about products and promotions.

The role involves flexible shifts, a fast-paced environment, and a focus on creating a great shopping experience for customers in-store and online.

Qualifications

• Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Hours are part-time across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on tills, website screens, on the shop floor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial services where applicable and process refunds.
• Keep the stock room neat and tidy and restock products from deliveries.
• Be present on the shop floor, assist customers with questions and provide product recommendations.
• Build knowledge about products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations.
