Job summary

Argos Retail in the UK is looking for a Customer Advisor in Bury to join on a part-time, fixed-term basis. You will assist customers at tills and collection points, process payments and refunds, and help customers find products with confident product knowledge.

Evening and weekend availability is required, with shifts starting as early as 07:00 and finishing by 20:30. You must have the right to work in the UK and be prepared to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
