Job summary

Sainsbury's Argos in-store is seeking a Customer Advisor to help customers at the tills, assist with online order collection, and process payments and refunds. You’ll also restock stock, keep the stock room tidy, and support customers on the shop floor with product advice.

You’ll build strong knowledge of our products and promotions to provide trusted recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Part-time availability across weekdays/weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on shop floor, and at the collection counter.
• Assist customers with collecting online orders and processing payments/refunds.
• Keep stock room tidy and restock products from deliveries.
• Be available on the shop floor to help customers and answer questions.
• Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer recommendations.
